Directions
Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (48 grams) of UltraMeal Rice with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products.

Cautions
Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
