Recommended Dose
Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks.
Recommended Use
Helps reduce homocysteine levels, which may be associated with deficiencies of folate and/or vitamin B12. Helps to form red blood cells and connective tissue. Helps to maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients and iron.
Caution
Do not use if you are taking antibiotics, or nitroglycerin. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
