Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Multi Tablet: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, and sodium copper chlorophyllin).
Mineral Tablet: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose
Adult females take 1 packet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each packet contains 2 (green) Multi tablets and 4 (white) Mineral tablets. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other Health Products.
Recommended Use
Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early Prenatal-Wellness-Car-e. Helps pregnant women meet the recommended intake for iron.
Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
