Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose

Adults take one tablet 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products.

Recommended Use

Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy Nutrition Plan, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
