Medicinal Ingredients

Ziziphus jujuba seed (Spiny ziziphus)..........................................500 mg - 20:1 QCE 10 g
Humulus lupulus flower (Hops)..................................................150 mg - 10:1 QCE 1.5 g
Prunus cerasus fruit (sour cherry)..............................................120 mg - 10:1 QCE 1.2 g
Magnesium (magnesium citrate)..................................................80 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, carnauba wax. 

Recommended Dosage

Take 1 tablet, 1 hour before bedtime.

Caution

Consult a health Wellness-Care professional if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Discontinue use if you develop a sensitivity to the formula. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
