This organic extra virgin olive oil delicate can appeal to the most capricious palates with its buttery taste reminiscent of mint and green banana. It evokes pleasant reactions in the nose and in the mouth with its dominant line of green almonds. It's wonderful in homemade mayonnaise and pesto.
Without GMOs, this olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9, well-known in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants.
