Maine Coast Sea Vegetables Sea Seasonings Organic Dulse Granules are low sodium Dulse Granules are presented in a sprinkle-on Sea Seasonings 1.5 oz shaker. A convenient way to get your sea veggies in the kitchen, at the table, or on the road. Sprinkle on soups, salads, tofu, pasta, stir-fries, dressings, dips, sauces, breads, tabouli, and get the nutritional benefits of sea veggies and skip the table salt. An especially rich source of iron, potassium, iodine, Vitamin B-6, Riboflavin, and dietary fiber, Dulse provides a complete array of minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and phytochemicals, as well as some high quality vegetable protein.
Dulse Granules provide the same outstanding nutrition and good taste as their whole leaf dulse, and at less cost per ounce. They are made from selected Dulse which grows in well-protected coastal passages, is easier to harvest and gives higher yields. The dulse is sustainably harvested, low temperature dried, Certified Organic by OCIA and a Raw Food. They also voluntarily test for heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, PCB's, fuel oil and microbiological contaminants.
