Directions
Beat butter/vegan alternative with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add Buttercream Mix, milk of choice, and lemon zest; beat on low speed until just incorporated, then increase speed to medium & beat for an additional 2 full minutes to ensure a fluffy buttercream. Makes more than enough for 12 cupcakes or 36 minis plus extra!
