Land Art’s Cal-Mag helps with the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. It also supports the proper functions of muscles with the added zinc, silica and vitamins D & E. This formula is particularly recommended for people under the age of 50. For those over the age of 50, the Ionic Cal-Mag formula is more appropriate.
This formula combines three types of calcium: carbonate, for its elementary richness, as well as citrate and lactate for their efficiency as they rapidly dissolve. Land Art’s Cal-Mag is a smart choice for all of your calcium needs.
Calcium and magnesium are generally recognized for:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Water from reverse osmosis, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, vanilla natural flavour, spearmint oil.
Directions
Adult dosage: 2 tablespoons (30 ml) per day with food. Take 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking other medication.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
To avoid contamination of the product, do not drink directly from the bottle and consume within four weeks after opening.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
Do not use if security seal is broken.
Keep out of reach of children.
Shake well before using.
