Land Art’s Cal-Mag aids in the development and upkeep of bones and teeth while also supporting muscle functions, fortified with zinc, silica, and vitamins D & E. It is specifically recommended for individuals below 50 years of age. For those over 50, the Ionic Cal-Mag formula is preferable.

Dosage and how to use
Children and adolescents (1 to 17 years old): Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
Adults (18 years and older): 2 tablespoons (30 ml) per day.
Take with food.
Take 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking other Health Products.
Expiration and conservation
To avoid contaminating the product, do not drink directly from the bottle and consume within four weeks after opening.
