Jamieson Zinc Lozenges are a combination vitamin, mineral and herbal product. The zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D support your immune system and help maintain optimal health. These lozenges are great tasting and soothing for sore throats.

Directions
Adults 19 years and older
Take at first sign of cold, fluand dry or sore throat, to a maximum of 5 lozenges daily. Dissolve lozengesslowly in the mouth, after a meal. Take a few hours before or after takingother medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Do not use if blister pack is broken.

1 - 5 lozenges daily
