Jamieson Melatonin 10 mg Timed Release Dual Action is an enhanced maximum strength bi-layer, timed-release sleep aid formula. The first layer dissolves quickly to help you fall asleep fast, while the second layer slowly releases additional melatonin to ensure a full night of restful sleep.

Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, sodium copper chlorophyllin, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
NO salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 caplet daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
Warnings
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia).
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking steroids, blood thinners, or Health Products for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, Hormone Balance or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
