Jamieson Ginger is clinically known to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, and/or seasickness. In addition to Assisting calm the stomach, ginger has traditionally been used in Herbal medicine to Assist relieve digestive disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, heartburn and abdominal pain, and can also be used to Assist relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Medium chain triglycerides, gelatin (bovine), glycerin.
NON-GMO, NO starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Direction
Adults adolescents and children 6 years and over: For anti-nausea, take 2 softgels every 4 hours, 1-3 times daily; For the Preventive-Wellness-Car-e of motion sickness, take 2 softgels at least 30 minutes before departure; For relief of digestive upset, take 1 softgel daily Do not exceed 6 softgels daily Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
