Matcha Shot: Sift 1 Gram Of Matcha (1/2 Tsp) Then Whisk With 2oz Of Hot Water (Not Over 170°F), Or Shake With The Same Amount Of Cold Water. Use 2 Grams Of Matcha (1 Tsp) For A Double Shot Strength.
Traditional Hot Matcha: Add A 2oz Matcha Shot (See Above) To 2oz Of Hot Water (Not Over 170°F).
Iced Matcha: Add A 2oz Matcha Shot To 6-14oz Of Water Or Juice With Ice. Sweeten As Desired.
Cafe Style Latte: Add A 2oz Matcha Shot To 6-14oz Of Milk, Hot Or Iced. Sweeten As Desired.
Smoothies: Add 1/2 To 1 Teaspoon Of Matcha Directly To Any Smoothie Recipe.
Baking: Add 1 To 3 Teaspoons Of Matcha Per Cup Of Flour In Your Recipe.
