Ingredients
Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate).
Suggested Use
Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
Directions
Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
Do not use this product before consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give this product to a child under 2 years of age before consulting your paediatric doctor. A food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced Nutrition Plan and healthy lifestyle.
