Recommended Dose
1 scoop twice a day (1 Scoop=10 g). Mix 5-10 grams with 300-600 ml water. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products. Mix 3 scoops into 1.8 L water and store in fridge for a quick refreshing drink of lemonade. Also, enjoy as your daily hot beverage. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Store in a cool, dry place.
