Source Ingredients
Glucose, citric acid, zea mays - seed, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate monohydrate.
Non-medicinal Ingredients
Purified stevia leaf extract, natural flavour, beetroot red.
Directions
1. Empty the contents of one sachet into 200 mL of water. Stir until the powder has dissolved.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist
Discard unused solution after 6 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
Recommended Dosage
For dehydration due to fever, exercise, travel and heat.
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting the signs of dehydration.
13 years-Adult Take 200-1400 mL per day
For dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea
13 years-Adult Take 3000-3600 mL per day
For up to 3 days. For prolonged dehydration see your doctor.
Warning and cautions
Consult your physician if: vomiting, diarrhea or fever persists for longer than 24 hours. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have any medical problems relating to kidney, heart or gastrointestinal function, blood pressure, or show signs of severe dehydration including shock, or are unable to drink.
Known adverse reactions
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
