Recommended Use
Used in herbal medicine as a diuretic to help relieve symptoms associated with minor urinary tract infections.
How To Use
This Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.
Recommended Dose
Adults: 1.5-3 mL, 2 - 3 times per day. Take a few hours before or after any medication or natural health product. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g. citrus fruit and juices) or medications which may acidify the urine. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 week.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you have a fever, painful urination, spasms, or blood in urine.
Contraindications
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a kidney or liver disorder, heart disease, hyper- or hypotension, diabetes, edema, or are taking products containing diuretics.
Known Adverse Reactions
Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs and stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
