Recommended Use
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative), and as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress.
How To Use
This Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.
Recommended Dose
Adults: 1 mL, 2-4 times per day. As a sleep aid, take one dose before bedtime.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
