Recommended Use
Gentiana lutea is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite, aid digestion, and to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
How To Use
This Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.
Recommended Dose
Adults: 1.5 - 3 mL, 2 - 3 times per day. Take 15-60 min before meals.
