How To Use
This Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.
Recommended Use
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and upper respiratory tract infections such as sore throat and cough.
Recommended Dose
Adults: 2 mL, 3 times per day. At first sign of infection, take 2 mL, 3 times daily, in warm water, measured with the provided eyedropper. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
Cautions and Warnings
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have a kidney disorder, or blood pressure problems, progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection, or an auto-immune disorder, or if you are taking immunosuppressants, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid taking with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties.
Contraindications
If you have a liver disorder, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
Known Adverse Reactions
Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver problems such as abdominal pain and/or swelling, itchy skin, fatigue, nausea or vomiting.
Special Note
Once opened, please consume within one year to prevent evaporation and avoid contamination.
