Recommended Use

Recommended Dose
Adults: 0.5-1 mL, 4 times per day. Take with food to avoid digestive upset. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
Cautions and Warnings

Contraindications
If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema, or are taking products containing diuretics, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, if you are sensitive to iodine, or when taking other iodine supplements.
Known Adverse Reactions
Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing. Some people may experience symptoms of hypersensitivity/allergy, insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
