Recommended Use

How To Use
This Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.
Recommended Dose
Adults: 9 mL, 3 times per day. As a sleep aid, take one dose before sleep.
Cautions and Warnings

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. This product contains 37% ethanol which is equivalent to 67 mL of beer, or 30 mL of wine.

Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs, or if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating any machinery or motor vehicle. or when requiring mental alertness.
