Ingredients
White and Black rice flour, Rice protein, Cane sugar, Sunflower oil, Flax seed powder, Pea protein, Baking powder, Cocoa powder, Natural flavour, Himalayan pink salt, Baking soda, Stevia leaf extract.
Directions
Pancakes: 1/2 cup Mix
Makes 3 1 egg (recommended) 1/8 cup water
Whisk for 30 sec. Preheat a pan to medium heat. Use a non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into 3" pancakes. Cook 2 min. per side until golden brown. DON'T wait for the bubbles to flip!
Mini- 1 cup Mix
Muffins: 2 eggs (optional)
Makes 24 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 tbs oil/ butter (optional)
Mix well for 30 seconds. Cook 350F for 6-8 min. Enjoy 12 for only 300 calories. Use the same ingredients for waffles and donut presses.
