Discover our selection of premium quality gluten free pasta! Our spaghetti, made with organic white rice and quinoa flour, could become your favourite alternative to traditional wheat spaghetti, with the same ‘al dente’ texture!
Organic white rice flour, organic quinoa flour.
Bring 3-4 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When the water is boiling well, add the quinoa spaghetti and stir often during the first 2 minutes. Cook additional 10 minutes stirring occasionally (for al dente texture); or between 13 to 15 minutes total for regular texture. Drain and rinse promptly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and condiments.

I am less frustrated by the fact that I can't eat wheat now that I have discovered these pasta. They taste good, as opposed to many other gluten-free pasta.
wheat is one of the worst types of carbs, this is a great wheat pasta alternative (along with corn pasta). Everyone should try to reduce wheat consumption, not only those with gluten sensitivities.
This is my favorite of all the gluten free pastas. It takes a little longer to cook, and the only other difference is that I don't feel all bloated after eating it.
