This pasta has True Al Dente Texture and the Sauce Will Perfectly Adhere to It. They are a good source of iron and fibre, have a low glycemic index and represent 20g of protein per portion.
Organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic kaniwa flour, baking powder (alum free), xanthan gum
INGREDIENTS (YIELDS 4-6 PANCAKES) 1 egg or egg substitute (mix 1 tbsp of chia with 3 tbsp water, stir until the mixture thickens) 1 cup milk or milk alternative 1 cup of dry GoGo Quinoa pancake mix Optional: 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract Chef's tip: Add your favorite berries or chocolate chips to the uncooked batter.
PREPARATION In a small bowl, combine the egg (or chia mixture) with milk and vanilla. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry pancake mix, avoiding any clumps. Let rest for three minutes. Heat pancake pan over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, reduce to medium heat and add coconut oil or butter to the pan. Pour pancake mixture into the heated pan, about 1/2 cup at a time, flipping the pancakes when bubbles start to show and edges begin to brown.
