Raw Cacao Nibs
GY cacao nibs are the highly prized Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional varietal (aka cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional). Arriba is a fine flavoured bean characterized by fruity and floral notes, and unique to Ecuador. This raw nibs are certified organic, Rainforest Alliance certified, common allergen-free, non GMO, naturally vegan and delicious!
The cacao beans are hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection. The beans are then crushed and the skins removed (aka winnowed) by a specialized machine using powerful fans. Our nibs are lab tested, raw, clean and pure, and never treated with toxic chemicals. GY cacao nibs are low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality while maintaining nutritional integrity.

Suggested Use
Eat straight out of the bag or add to smoothies, desserts, oatmeal, yogurt, trail mix, power ball snacks, or make your own raw chocolate. Try putting a bean inside a dried date, add a bit of nut butter and a pinch of salt and mmmm.
