How To Use
Do Not Exceed 2 Servings Per Day. Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of GHOST PUMP with 200-250ml (6-8oz) of water or beverage of choice. New users should start with 1 scoop (1 serving) to assess their personal tolerance. Advanced users may consume up to 2 scoops (2 servings) per day. Drink plenty of fluid before, during, and after exercise.
