Directions
DO NOT EXCEED 1 SCOOP PER DAY: Mix 1/2 Scoop (1 serving) of GHOST LEGEND with 180ml-240ml (6-8 oz) of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Start with less than 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.
