Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Take daily to help build lean muscle in combination with regular weight training and a healthy, balanced diet.

Adult Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (32.6 g) into 1 cup (250 mL) of your beverage of choice. Take one serving daily, away from medications. For prolonged use consult a health care practitioner.

Sozon wish it would have a lot more chocolate flavour Posted on 2014-09-30: I love the double chocolate protein flavour from genuine health. I mix it with banana, almond milk and almond butter. only thing I would improve is the chocolate flavour. I wish it would be a little bit darker. there is an aftertaste but it doesn't bother me as much. I actually put a little bit more cocoa powder for more intense flavour.
