Diane Super high DHA content Posted on 2019-04-24: I'd been recommended this brand by a naturopathic doctor, then later by an integrative medicine pharmacist. The main benefit is that it contains 725 m of DHA, which dwarfs that of other products that seem to cap at 500 mg. The formula is well balanced with the EPA, too. Usually most fish oils have much higher EPAs, which we can also get elsewhere. Balancing it with DHA (the fishy-scented part) is usually not as successful as this product. I also found the orange flavour is pleasant and avoided that fishy comeback. I'd highly recommend this product.

Diane Super High potency of DHA Posted on 2019-04-24: I'd been recommended this product by a multi-certified pharmacist and ND some years ago. It still has my recommendation because of the high DHA content, which is 725 mg. This is the part of fish oil that is more difficult to find at that level. Most omega 3 formulations have large EPA amounts, which we can also get through other sources so we don't really need so much. Balancing the two parts seems to be the issue. I'd highly recommend this for the orange flavour and the fact it doesn't come back on you! Liquid seems to have an advantage over encapsulated omega 3s.
