Similarly, magnesium is involved in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. In addition, Multi Cal Mag Liquid offers nine important minerals. Manganese and zinc further Aid bone health by regulating bone formation. Zinc has additional roles in Assisting to maintain immune function, energy metabolism, and healthy hair, nails and skin. Copper Assists to produce and repair connective tissue and plays an important role in maintaining normal iron transport in the body. In turn, iron is involved in red blood cell formation and function and Assists to reduce tiredness and fatigue caused by iron deficiency anemia. Recommended Adult Dose
Take 1 tablespoon 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
