Willow Bark Extract
Looking for a natural way to relieve minor aches and pains? For thousands of years, white willow bark has been used in traditional medicine to soothe and ease. The white willow tree is the original source of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) products like Aspirin. This natural herb contains salicin which, in combination with anti-inflammatory flavonoids, is said to help relieve pain.
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to reduce fevers, to help relieve pain associated with headaches and with rheumatic conditions.
Each Capsule Contains
Willow bark extract (Salix alba), 10:1
(Equivalent to 3.7 g of dried willow bark, standardized to provide 55 mg salicin)
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily as needed, preferably with food.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are sensitive to salicylates. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other medications or if you have a medical condition. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than five days of continuous use.
