Flora’s Organic MCT Oil is made from ethically and sustainably sourced coconuts. Each serving provides 14 g medium-chain triglycerides, including 7.5 g caprylic acid and 4.8 g capric acid. MCTs are easier for the liver to process and metabolize than other long or short-chain fatty acids, making MCTs a great source of fuel for the body and brain.
