Wild Rice Blend
A blend of the world's 5 rices, thiswild rice blend offers a variety of different textures which are sure to please the palate. Replace plain rice with this blend to make it healthier AND more delicious!
We use Riceberry Rice in our blends, but why? A few benefits of this ingredient:

Ingredients
Riceberry rice, Wild rice, Chusei calrose rice, Long grain brown rice, Kow mun red rice.
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Wild Blend with 1½ cups of water in a medium saucepan (pot).
Bring to a boil.
COVER tightly with lid and reduce heat to LOW simmer and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid).
Fluff with a fork and serve.
*Add more water if needed to reach desired texture.
*Substitute water for broth/stock for enhanced flavour To prepare in a rice cooker please follow cookers instructions and use same water ratios.
Storage
STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE. ONCE OPENED RESEAL USING ZIP SEAL.
