We've combined the 3 healthiest Jasmine rices which boasts a slightly chewy texture with a sweet nutty flavour. The rice is sourced from pristine rice fields of North Thailand.
This blend is unseasoned, so is sure to make a great side dish, or added to salads, soups, bowls, or even as a filler in wraps.

Ingredients
Organic brown jasmine rice, Organic red jasmine rice, Organic whole grain riceberry rice.
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Blend with 1½ cups of water* in a small saucepan (pot).
Bring to a boil.
COVER tightly with lid and reduce heat to LOW simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid).
Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired.
*Add more water if needed to reach desired texture.
*Substitute water with broth/stock for enhanced flavour To prepare in a rice cooker please follow cookers instructions and use same water ratios.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened reseal using zip seal.
