This Ancient Field Grains are a blend of Sprouted Crimson Lentils, White Sorghum, Quinoa, Brown Rice, and Wild Rice, which offer a complete plant-based protein.
This blend offers a nutty, earthy flavour, including five different textures, cooked to perfection. This is a filling blend, so a little goes a long way. Add it to any dish, including salads, soups, wraps, chili and more!

Ingredients
Brown rice, Sprouted crimson lentils, White sorghum, Wild rice, Quinoa.
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Blend with 2 cups water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover tightly with a lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid) before serving.
Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened reseal using zip seal.
