Simple recipe for gelatinized maca that you can try:
1 teaspoon of gelatinized maca powder
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it starts to steam. Add the gelatinized maca powder to the hot almond milk and whisk until it is fully dissolved.
Add the honey and vanilla extract (if using) and whisk until they are fully combined. Pour the mixture into a mug or glass and enjoy!
