Cacao Nib & Almond Granola Recipe
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Farmberry's Organic Cacao Nibs
Cooking instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped almonds, and cacao nibs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. Serve with yogurt or milk, or as a topping for oatmeal or smoothie bowls.
