These are essential to have on hand especially at this time of year. I've used Orange, acai berry and tangerine all with positive results. I've purchased several boxes, some will be stocking stuffers. The sale price point here on HP is at least $7-$8 less than the healthy food store and other online stores. Bottom line this is very effective and helps immensely flush out and combat a cold.

At the onset of a cold or its symptoms, my family reaches for Emergenc-C! It's great taste and ease of use make colds easier to cope with. My family uses them in hot or cold water. Great to boost immune during cold and flu, feel a tickle drink a glass, even mega dose a glass every few hours ( and a nap ideally). seems to help me fight off many a cold. I have been taking these along when travelling after a long flight to help avoid a cold upon arrival.

I love it how they are individually packed with a tiny tear for easy opening. I bring some where ever I travel. Helps me prevent a cold. So portable and convenient. It usually would last a persons one month to go through the box but I'm a health nut so I take 2 packs a day. This Super Orange flavor is tasty too

I usually start taking Emergen-C when I feel a cold starting and it really helps to either eliminate the cold from starting or shorten the length of the cold.

This is a good product to take whenever I feel like I might be starting to come down with a cold/cough. The vitamin C helps my body to fight off illness and gives my immune system a boost. The electrolytes also helps whenever I'm feeling dehydrated like after exercise or long periods in the sun.
