How to Use
Apply Double Lash Builder Serum using a single stroke on your eyelid just above your upper lash line like a liquid eyeliner.
For best results, use twice daily and allow one to two minutes for the serum to dry. Safe for lash extensions, false lashes and contacts.
Tips: Apply to the skin closest to the lashes at the lash root, not the actual lashes.
