Whole grain organic oats, rye, and spelt are sprayed with filtered deep well water before being separately gas fired, ceramic kiln roasted. While still hot the whole grain is stainless steel rolled into flakes, bagged, and shipped to Eden's Michigan facility. Here they are mixed with the dried fruit and seeds. After blending the muesli is packed in a reclosable package chosen for its Safeguardive oxygen, moisture, and light barrier qualities that best retain freshness, flavor, and nutrients.
