Organic family EDEN Navy Beans are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with no chemical additives at Eden’s certified organic, kosher cannery. Navy beans are small, white, and have a mild delicious taste. An American native and relative of great northern and cannellini beans, they’re also called the pearl haricot, haricot, and Boston beans. They are the bean of traditional Boston Baked Beans and Senate Bean Soup. No salt added. EDEN beans come in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans since 1999.
