U.S. organic family-farmed EDEN Dark Red Kidney Beans are soaked overnight and pressure-cooked with no chemical additives at Eden Foods’ certified organic, kosher cannery. A native American legume, their deep red color comes from antioxidant carotenoids—the same pigments found in berries. Known for their firm skins, kidney beans hold their shape well during long cooking times, making them a popular choice for chili, soups, stews, and baked bean recipes. They're commonly used in Tex-Mex dishes, pasta, salads, dips, spreads, and classic Minestrone soup. EDEN beans have been packaged without added salt in BPA-, BPS-, and phthalate-free cans since 1999.
