Caribbean Black Beans
Organic family EDEN Caribbean Black Beans are black turtle beans in an island sauce of organic onions, paprika, cayenne, cumin, garlic, cinnamon, and black pepper. Black beans are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with EDEN select seasonings and a tad of EDEN Sea Salt at Eden Foods’ Indiana cannery. Versatile and ready to eat, just heat and serve; great on their own, with whole grain, and to make quick delicious meals. Good protein, complex carbs, fiber, potassium, iron, thiamin B1, riboflavin B2, folate B9, magnesium, and healthy fats. Gluten free. EDEN beans come in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans since 1999.
