Mustard seed is ground and mixed with pure water, EDEN organic apple cider vinegar, and a bit of EDEN sea salt. This mixture is stone ground into a settling tank and aged to meld and mellow it resulting in smooth full bodied flavor. Handy, child friendly plastic squeeze bottle that's made of recyclable, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) that's bisphenol-A (BPA) free.
