Ingredients
Potato Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Salt, Maltodextrin, Monocalcium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum.
Directions
Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) Grease a 9x9 inch (22 x 22cm) pan lightly or use 12 large baking cups.
Mix
Empty cake mix in a medium size bowl. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Blend well until batter is smooth. Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake
Bake (on middle rack) 28-30 minutes. 18-21 minutes for 12 cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
