Ingredients
Potato Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
Directions
Prep
Preheat oven to 190° C (375° F) Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Empty bread mix into a medium sized bowl.
Mix
Blend in yeast. Add eggs, oil, and warm water. Blend very well (3-5 min) using electric mixer with dough hooks. Place dough in pan. Smooth top of loaf with wet spatula. Let rise in warm area for 30 minutes.
Bake
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on wire rack and cool before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
