Lactium Temporary Relief from Mild Mental and Physical Stress
Sereniten Plus features Lactium, a milk protein hydrolysate clinically studied for its stress-reducing properties. This bioactive decapeptide helps alleviate mild mental and physical stress. During stress, cortisol levels rise to protect the body, but prolonged elevation can impair immune function and digestion. Clinical studies have shown that alpha S1-casein hydrolysate, the active peptide in Lactium, can decrease plasma cortisol levels and heart rate in stressed individuals. Another study found that it also improved well-being and digestion in stressed women.
Sereniten Plus includes L-theanine and vitamin D, supporting overall health and the maintenance of bones and teeth.
