All orders should arrive within 1-10* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done at our warehouse. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders can be tracked by loging into your Healthy Planet's Account.

* Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Shipping Carriers. Shipping Carriers might delay shipping which is beyond Healthy Planet Canada's control. During the Holiday Season, Shipping Carriers might take longer than usual to process which is also beyond Healthy Planet's control.  The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address for the item and the shipping method. For select items, we offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Save shipping costs! In Canada you qualify for FREE shipping** if your order is $59.99 or more before tax. Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out. It's as easy as 1-2-FREE! Under this amount, shipping is $7.50 in Canada**.

Orders made after 8:00 am*** or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day in most cases.

**Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and few remote areas in other provinces (All remote areas are listed in Table 9) carry additional shipping charges based on weights. Select products will not qualify for free shipping, this would be indicated on the corresponding product page. Your order may not be eligible for free shipping in certain cases due to weight or destination, despite 'qualifying' for free shipping (I.E. above $59.99 subtotal). In these specific situations, someone from our customer support team will contact you.

Low Stock Or Back Ordered Items

If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, then we will offer the following:

  1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.

Note: During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond the shipping times indicated.
