All orders should arrive within 1-6* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done at our warehouse. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canadapost.ca or by login in your Healthy Planet's Account. Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel by default*.

Save shipping costs! In Canada, you qualify for FREE shipping** if your order is $59.99 or more before tax. Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out. It's as easy as 1-2-FREE! Under this amount, shipping is $7.50 in Canada**.
Orders made after 8:00 am*** or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day in most cases.
**Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and few remote areas in other provinces(Customers who are located in the remote area of provinces will be contacted for additional shipping cost) carry additional shipping charges based on weights.

Low Stock Or Back Ordered Items
If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, then we will offer the following:
- Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
- Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.
