Arnica oil extract is known for its soothing and calming qualities, and is often used to prevent bruising. It stimulates tissue Development and repair and has anti-aging properties. Arnica oil is excellent for soothing injuries. In cases of cuts and contusions, massage the oil into the skin to relieve pain and prevent further bruising. Arnica oil is essential for any first-aid kit.

Directions
Topical (Adults and Teens): Apply thinly and evenly over the affected area 3-4 times daily. Massage.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to injured or damaged skin. Do not cover with a tight bandage. Do not use in conjunction with extreme heat, such as generated by an electric heating pad; this may lead to excessive irritation or even burning of the skin.
